Warranties and Returns

As stated in Terms of Sale on BEI Sales Agreement.

NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE UNLESS THE SAME IS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT "BEI WARRANTY" AND THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Should any products prove defective or fail to meet the written specifications accepted by BEI, the Buyer shall not return the goods, but shall notify BEI immediately, stating full particulars in support of the Buyer's claim, and BEI will either replace the goods upon return of the defective or unsatisfactory material or adjust the matter fairly and promptly, but under no circumstances shall BEI be obligated for consequential or other damages, losses, or expenses in connection with or by reason of the use of or inability to use the products purchased for any purpose.

Parts:

Parts sold by BEI are warranted for a period of 30 days from time of sale. During this time period, defective parts may be returned to BEI for replacement. After 30 days the parts may be warranted by the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer for information.

Parts may be returned to BEI, at Buyer's expense, within 7 days from time of sale for full credit or refund, excluding shipping charges, if they are unused and in their original packaging.
